📦 What is your shipping policy?

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Local Delivery (Select Areas):
If you are located within our service area, we offer local courier delivery within 24 hours by request.

Domestic U.S. Shipping:
We ship nationwide via FedEx and USPS, with an estimated delivery time of 2–4 business days.
Express options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping:
🌍 Coming Soon: We’re preparing to offer shipping to Canada and select international regions. Join our email list to be the first to know when we launch.

🧴 How long does Solévie body butter last?

Our body butter is crafted with nutrient-rich tallow, avocado oil, and botanical oils. With proper care, it has a shelf life of 8–12 months.

To preserve its quality:

  • Store in a cool, dry place—away from direct sunlight

  • Always use dry, clean hands or a cosmetic spatula

  • Avoid introducing water into the jar

⏳ The item I want is out of stock. What now?

Many Solévie products are handcrafted in small, intentional batches. If something you love is unavailable, email us at hello@solevie.com, and we’ll provide a restock estimate or reserve one for you on the next drop.

💛 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our formulas are made with natural, perishable ingredients and designed for personal use, all sales are final to ensure product safety and freshness.

If there is an issue with your order (e.g., damaged in transit), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will do our best to make it right.
